Hi, I’m Donna, Personal Trainer and mum of 2!

I decided on a career in personal training as I absolutely love helping others feel good about themselves, not only by reaching goals but by encouraging body confidence, positivity and learning to love your body throughout all stages of your fitness journey.

My aim is to educate clients on how to make nutrition work for their individual lifestyles, one size does not fit all!

I’m also fully qualified in Pre/Postnatal training & Pelvic floor health so bring me your babies to cuddle while you learn how to train safely again!

Hi I’m Leah of L.C.Fitness

I’ve been a qualified PT since 2014 and I absolutely love my job

My story began because I was having back pain due to scoliosis (curvature of the spine) and I was medically advised to start exercise and the rest is history I fell in love with the gym and felt I could advise and help other people achieve their fitness goals

I love helping my clients achieve their aims and goals and the relationships I build with them is so rewarding.

Hi my name is Millie, I’ve enjoyed fitness my whole life and i love the gym environment getting to meet lots of different people all with 1 thing in common,the gym!

I’m a mum to my Daughter Tallulah and when i’m not in the gym i’m enjoying my time with her!

My priority as a PT is  to help you feel good in yourself physically but more so mentally! I want to help you reach your goals and hopefully get you to enjoy the gym just as much as i do and realise how fun it is!
